By making a booking with CarRent, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.
2. Rental Requirements
To rent a vehicle from CarRent, you must:
- Hold a valid driver's licence (minimum 1 year)
- Provide a valid ID or passport
- Present a credit or debit card for the security deposit
- Be at least 21 years of age (some vehicle categories may require 25+)
3. Cancellation & Modifications
Free cancellation is available before your rental start date. Modifications to dates or vehicle are subject to availability. Please manage your booking or call us at +27 11 979 5087 for assistance.
4. Insurance & Liability
All rentals include basic insurance. Optional cover may be available at the counter. You are responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period as per the rental agreement.
